Training Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 2026
These Training Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all online trainings, courses, workshops, digital programs, downloadable materials, videos, templates, worksheets, guides, prompts, and related educational products offered by Prototype Media Group and/or Allison Design Co. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, registering for, accessing, or using any training or related materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Educational Purpose
All trainings and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. The information provided is based on our professional experience, knowledge, methods, and opinions at the time the training is created. It is not intended to constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other licensed professional advice. You are responsible for determining whether any strategy, recommendation, tool, or information is appropriate for your business and circumstances.
No Guarantees of Results
We do not guarantee any particular business, marketing, website, SEO, financial, sales, conversion, traffic, ranking, lead-generation, revenue, or other result from purchasing or completing a training. Your results will depend on many factors outside our control, including your business, market, website, offer, implementation, audience, competition, effort, timing, and other circumstances.
Examples, case studies, demonstrations, testimonials, or references to results are provided for educational or illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Purchasing a training does not guarantee increased website conversions, inquiries, bookings, customers, sales, search rankings, traffic, revenue, or business growth.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
All training content and materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation, training videos, recordings, slide presentations, written lessons, checklists, worksheets, workbooks, templates, guides, frameworks, prompts, graphics, designs, PDFs, downloads, examples, and other materials provided as part of a training.
All such materials are owned by or licensed to Prototype Media Group and/or Allison Design Co., unless otherwise stated. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the training and its materials for your own individual use.
You may not:
-
Share your login or program access with another person.
-
Forward, email, upload, or otherwise distribute downloadable materials to another person or business.
-
Copy, reproduce, duplicate, republish, redistribute, or publicly display any training or materials.
-
Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, license, or give away any training or materials.
-
Record, screen-record, download, capture, or reproduce training videos except where a download is expressly provided by us.
-
Copy or reproduce worksheets, checklists, guides, prompts, frameworks, presentations, or other materials for use by clients, employees, colleagues, students, friends, family members, or third parties.
-
Repackage, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative products from the materials for resale or distribution.
-
Teach, publish, present, or represent our proprietary training materials, frameworks, prompts, or resources as your own.
-
Upload our materials to another website, membership platform, course platform, shared drive, resource library, or file-sharing service for use by others.
-
Use the materials to create a competing course, training, template pack, digital product, resource, or other commercial offering.
You may print or save downloadable materials that we specifically make available for download for your own individual use. If a training includes AI prompts, you may use those prompts with AI tools for your own permitted use. You may not use the training materials to reproduce, republish, distribute, train, generate, or create a competing commercial product based substantially on our proprietary materials.
All copyright and intellectual property restrictions continue to apply after your program access expires.
Single-User Access
Unless a specific training expressly states otherwise, each purchase is for one individual user only. Purchasing a training for a business does not automatically grant access or usage rights to multiple employees, contractors, partners, team members, clients, or other individuals. Additional licenses or permissions must be obtained from us in writing.
Program Access
Access periods may vary by training. The applicable sales page, checkout page, program description, or other purchase information will state the access period for a particular training when access is limited. You are responsible for completing the training and downloading any downloadable materials within the stated access period. Expiration of program access does not transfer ownership of any training content or materials to you.
The Website Conversion Audit — 90-Day Access
Purchasers of The Website Conversion Audit receive access to the online training for 90 calendar days from the date of purchase. At the end of the 90-day access period, access to the online training and hosted program content will automatically expire unless we expressly provide otherwise. You are responsible for completing the training and downloading any included downloadable resources you wish to retain before your access expires. Downloadable resources that you lawfully download during your access period may continue to be used by you for your own individual use after the 90-day period. All copyright, licensing, sharing, reproduction, and distribution restrictions contained in these Terms continue indefinitely. Expiration of the 90-day access period does not entitle the purchaser to a refund, extension, or replacement access.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered. Prices may be changed at any time for future purchases. A later price change does not entitle previous purchasers to a refund or price adjustment. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and email information when purchasing a training.
Refund Policy
Because our trainings include immediate access to digital educational content and/or downloadable intellectual property, all training purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where otherwise expressly stated by us in writing or where a refund is required by applicable law.
Please review the training description, included materials, access period, and these Terms carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a duplicate charge, billing error, or technical problem that prevents you from accessing a purchased training, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
Technology & Access
Our trainings may be delivered through Wix, third-party video platforms, email, downloadable files, or other technology providers. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Temporary outages, maintenance, platform changes, browser compatibility issues, internet connectivity problems, or third-party service interruptions may occur.
You are responsible for maintaining an internet connection, compatible device, current browser, and any other technology reasonably necessary to access the training.
If a technical issue on our side materially prevents access, we will make reasonable efforts to restore or provide alternative access.
Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Trainings may reference or demonstrate third-party websites, software, platforms, artificial intelligence tools, plugins, applications, or services. Third-party products and services are outside our control and may change their features, pricing, policies, interfaces, functionality, or availability at any time. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, outages, changes, security, privacy practices, performance, or costs. Reference to a third-party product or service does not create a guarantee regarding that product or service.
Updates to Training Content
We may periodically update, revise, replace, reorganize, or improve training materials to reflect changes in technology, platforms, strategies, or our educational approach. Your purchase does not guarantee that a training will remain permanently unchanged or that future updates, versions, or additional products will automatically be included.
Prohibited Conduct & Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to a training if we reasonably believe a purchaser has violated these Terms, including by sharing access, distributing materials, reproducing copyrighted content, attempting unauthorized access, or otherwise misusing the program.
Termination due to a material violation of these Terms does not entitle the purchaser to a refund, except where required by law. We reserve all rights and remedies available to us in connection with unauthorized use or infringement of our intellectual property.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prototype Media Group, Allison Design Co., their owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your purchase, participation in, reliance upon, or use of any training or material.
You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make and actions you take based on the information provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a particular training will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that training. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our programs, policies, technology, or applicable requirements. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase, except where an update is required by law or relates to ongoing use, security, intellectual property protection, or platform administration.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable training description, checkout information, refund policy, and any other terms expressly provided at the time of purchase, constitute the agreement regarding your purchase and use of the training.
